Garland Woman Arrested for Racing on Highway in Rockwall County
On June 26, 2023, Lili Benavides-Abarca, a resident of Garland, Texas, was arrested by the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of racing on a highway. She was booked into custody and later released after posting a $750 surety bond.
