Conroe Woman Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – Emily Lynette Martzahn, 25, of Conroe, was taken into custody by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) in the early hours of March 16, 2025. Authorities arrested Martzahn at approximately 3:50 a.m. at 6611 FM 1488 in Montgomery, Texas.

Martzahn, described as 5’5″ and 152 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes, faces a charge of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) under Texas Penal Code § 49.04.
