Evangeline Lindow

Boise Teen Arrested for DUI in Ada County

On February 15, 2025, 18-year-old Evangeline Jayne Lindow was arrested by the Boise City Police Department and booked into the Ada County Jail on a charge of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) under Idaho Statute I18-8004M.

Lindow, a resident of Boise, Idaho, was taken into custody late Saturday night at 11:29 PM. Under Idaho law, a first-time DUI offense is typically classified as a misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months in jail, a fine of up to $1,000, and a mandatory driver’s license suspension of at least 90 days.

Since Lindow is under 21 years old, Idaho’s underage DUI laws could lead to stricter penalties if her blood alcohol concentration (BAC) exceeded 0.02%, as the state enforces a zero-tolerance policy for underage drivers. Depending on the BAC level and any aggravating factors, such as property damage or reckless driving, the penalties could increase.

Authorities have not yet released further details about Lindow’s case, including potential bond conditions or upcoming court proceedings.
