On 2/21/2025, at Usf Beard Dr / Usf Alumni Dr, the affiant conducted a traffic stop on a Blue Mini Cooper, bearing FL tag BM41WD, for driving with no lights activated. The driver of the mini cooper pulled the mini cooper into a parking spot of a parking garage. The affiant observed the driver of the Mini Cooper, proceed to switch seats with the front passenger/defendant causing the defendant to be in actual physical control of the vehicle. The vehicle, which was not properly placed in park by the initial driver, began to reverse. The defendant proceeded to place the vehicle in drive, move the vehicle forward and then place the vehicle in park. Defendant emitted the odor of an alcoholic beverage from breath, had slurred speech and bloodshot watery eyes. Field Sobriety re conducted and impairment observed. Defendant was arrested for DUI and provided lawful breath samples ****** Defendant was identified via a valid Florida Driver License card.”
