Katelyn Joy Lucas, a 30-year-old resident of Orlando, Florida, was arrested on January 24, 2025, at 10:55 AM by the Maitland Police Department. She faces a misdemeanor charge for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) under Florida Statute 316.193(1)(A). The charge alleges that Lucas was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the extent that her normal faculties were impaired or her blood alcohol concentration exceeded the legal limit of 0.08%.
