Oviedo Woman Arrested for Felony Marijuana Possession in Seminole County
Gabriella Camacho, 19, was arrested by the Oviedo Police Department in the early hours of March 8, 2025, on a charge of possession of marijuana over 20 grams in Seminole County, Florida.
Under Florida Statute 893.13(6)(a), possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana is classified as a third-degree felony, carrying potential penalties of up to five years in prison, five years of probation, and fines of up to $5,000. A conviction may also result in a driver’s license suspension and other long-term legal consequences.
